Maybe Kozlik is completely honest with his intentions

100% yes. You can absolutely believe me. As I said, I'm not no name in BB world. I have never cheated anyone. I don't want to destroy my name. I want to still build my international reputation. So for sure I will do my best for Canada NT.

Theoretically, I could help the Poland NT. Do you think that Poland NT needs it? Look at the results. Poland NT win without it.

To be completely honest, I cannot recall whether kozlik BBmailed me or not, he very well may have, but I know for sure he said something abouy helping in te debate thread last season. There are two managers who have access to our rosters and schedule who arent Canadian. Athrunzala and Eminence Front, both of which I highly doubt ever actually look and both of which I respect and trust highly of. If he BBmailed(which he probably did, but I honestly cannot remember) then yes I played the dirty card, im surprised this is whats getting me into hot water. I almost never make a decision without the communities input and I make one executive decision on my own and people go wild.

My main issue with kozlik is exactly as beanerz said. He has yet to make a comment on how he plans to have success in Canada, what his plans are, nothing. He just points out his club success and success with Poland and says, look at that. Club teams are much different, more finances involved and control of GS, and to be frank I dont carr about his success with Poland, anyone could have gotten the job done with players like that. Also Poland is a lot different than Canada with 10 times the amount of users and players. So as a voter myself kozlik has failed in any way to convince me to vote for me.

Im not trying to argue against kozlik, im stating my opinion and arguing for myself. I dont see a debate or argument here until kozlik starts talking about what he plans on doing and stops talking about what he has already done.

We can be certain that the Canadian managers are in it for the long hail and that they will continue to update player spreadsheets and respond to user messages

You don't believe me just because I'm not for Canadian community? Come on. I take part of election in Canada second time. I wanted to help Bbalin after losing last election. He didn't use. I show that I care.

At this point kolzik has not proven anything, he only shows up at election time and contributes nothing elsewhere

I have proven and still prove I'm good manager and I win. You have to answer on question: Is Bbalin good manager (better than me) or is he active on forum? Are you satisfied with him results?

I don't want to impose myself. If you don't need somebody like me just say and I will go away... but I see that Bbalin did not achieve those of results which promised in the last election. Maybe you need somebody like me?

As I said Bbalin can still do a lot of good for Canada BB, a and Canada NT...but maybe not necessarily have to lead Canada NT.

What is your plan for the Canadian National Team? please include some actual points rather than continuing to ask that we "trust you" and "look at my past".

What are you going to do to make the NT better this season and for seasons to come?

Well to keep it fair I figured I should ask you a few questions as well:

With the changing of the guard about to occur at the Canadian SF position I am curious if you can explain what your criteria will be for players on the NT? EAK was and is a legend but needs to be replaced. Will you use a SG or PF type player to replace him or will you be looking for balance again?

1. Main Goal
Do better than beanerz! That really is the only goal. Continue on the successes that beanerz started and beat all the standards he set. His term was the greatest two seasons in Canada NT history and the next step is to beat that.

More Specificially..
I hope to earn an automatic bid for the worlds and get two wins in the second round(at least)
I hope to win the Americas Trophy.
I hope to improve on our already impressive world ranking!

What you did? Be honest.

I can really write the most beautiful speech election. Those are just words. I have the experience and results. It provides much more than words.

By the way...Try to understand that I don't have as good knowledge as you about Canada NT, Canadian player etc. I will need your (or somebody else from your community) help and suggestions if I win.

1. 1st place in Americas Championship
2. make nice surprise on World Championship

What are you going to do to make the NT better this season and for seasons to come?

1. I will share with my and Poland NT experiences.
2. I will open discuss about tactical issues.
3. I will speak with your community about training in Poland. I have been scaut of Poland NT and U-21 for a long time so I have quite big knowledge about training. Maybe you can make something better in this issue. We will see.
4. I will open thread with match previews and match summary.
5. I will organize a contest where you can win a supporter

Friend - your responses are generic and dance around how SPECIFICALLY you intend to run the Canadian NT - Aiming for 1st place is commendable - well, you know what that is my plan for my team too - but I have a SPECIFIC plan on how to achieve it - my question and the question that is being asked is do you have a SPECIFIC plan ?? The fact that you will open discussion and the rest I believe is already being done. How will you be different? Now I see you have a gimmick to buy our votes with a contest!! Well I am already a supporter - you need to do better than that to entice me. (Maybe you have photos of me - Yikes)

While I believe you are proficient - that is not being questioned, what I like to see is how - SPECIFICALLY - you would improve the NT. Don't dance, don't play the violin, don't use gimmicks - make your point with concise, straight-forward, direct answers.

That is a very intelligent and well thought out comment. I think it is in our countries best interest to have our NT coach a Canadian who is in Canada. Mod-bballin for coach.

What do you exactly expect? I can't tell you what I will play and whose players I will use because I don't know skills...I believe I have skills and knowledge to maximum use the potential of the team. I proved it many times.

By the way...I searched the forum and I didn't find a post where Bbalin wrote how SPECIFICALLY he intend to achieve goal.
