I agree with you in general, very well put, only one thing.
When it comes to lack of communication, i would be more cautious generalising the blame to the whole spectrum of BBs-EGMs-GMs, at least on certain aspects of it.

It is clear to me that communication is also broken between the staff members themselves.

We've witnessed changes that were unknown to the rest of the staff for seasons and they eventually found out about them alongside the rest of us, while reading the global forum...
We've witnessed changes that were unknown to the rest of the staff and they found out when the whole thing glitched and admission of the changes had to be made in the bugs forum...
We are now witnessing our BUG reports(including those of GMs) taking 4-7 days for an initial response from the BB in charge...

This is the truth no matter how much we try to avoid it by seeking cover behind our finger...

"I'd say change something without anybody asking. Change something without a plan. Change something without listening to advice (and having to covertly revert the changes). "

This is why your not the buzzer beater CEO.

I usually don't type on forums because, I don't know much about the whole aspect of the game, . I'm kind of new here, 3rd season now.

My 1st issue with the game is lack of fairness to start, Now I don't know for 100% sure. But it seems like way too many long time experienced managers in the bottom leagues with huge bank accounts. This create a huge gap in competing. i have read there's a $25 million limit before tax occurs, Imho that is very insanely unfair to compete with in my level of play versus a long time experienced manager. i had seens mangers in own league of play spend $2-5 million for players.

My second issue is training time limits, training seems to be very, very slow and restricted to just 1-2 positions. 1 on 1 seems to be very effective at the same time very unrealistic in building, a well rounded team long term.

Thank you, thank you and again thank you. We have tried to say this a million times (I'm not the only one) and the answers are similar to what you can see above. People will accuse you of complaining too much or being negative.

I'll ask you something since you are fresh and you don't have a stake in the decisions taken by the staff ignoring the userbase. What would you think if all players were generally cheap across the board? Would you be able to catch up sooner or you think the guys with larger bank accounts would have the same unfair advantage?

My second issue is training time limits, training seems to be very, very slow and restricted to just 1-2 positions. 1 on 1 seems to be very effective at the same time very unrealistic in building, a well rounded team long term.
You know they did say they wanted to boost training, but as of now, it sounds mostly like a justification for doing other things or botched attempts. What they did was to try and inflate the transfer market so that people who train would benefit economically. And they also added the penalty training options, because a large number of users asked repeatedly to remove the position requirement.

Some people (even GMs) came up with interesting design changes for training, but all have been ignored. This is an aspect of the game that does not require messing with the game engine, it shouldn't be hard to change. We (I) also proposed to simply add a lot more high level trainers to boost training speed, but no, even that is too much.

On the other hand we know there is some kind of council and they vote for stuff, probably both on priorities and the actual solutions to be implemented (from a limited number of options I assume). We know that Marin, Perpete and Foto are on it and it stands to reason that it's either just those 3 or it also includes Nickleon, being the other senior member, plus someone else making it 5.

We know because in respect of the Fan Boycotting Perpete had a more logical position, but his preferred option was voted down by the others.

I really don't understand the reason for the unwillingness to get help from other people on limited aspects of the game, especially the ones that have no impact on the GE. Marin botched even the boycott and it is as simple as it gets: calculate if your fans are boycotting->apply haircut. Come on guys, just get some help, there have been people on the forums with the technical ability to help and, as they play the game, they said they'd do it for free when they had the time. Just keep the GE out of it and get 1 or 2 people to help on other things. Even a new adaptive website would help immensely and many people have asked for that.

If they want a test environment where they can experiment, please let us know what the goddamn cost of the new server would be for a year, I'm sure we'd be able to cover that cost easily.
