A shadowy figures walks thru the doors of a empty arena as the camera follows him back to a storage area where he opens the top drawer of a dresser to reveal a old school reel to reel tape player as the shadowy figure presses play.

Announcer: Good evening gentleman...your missions, if you choose to accept them consist of the following.

Bunnies, your mission is to prove your ready to take that next step to the realms of the elite. Deronimo your mission is to cajole another solid performance from your codgers to stay at the top of the food chain.

Pistons and quake, your missions are identical, to avoid the depths of the cellar by any means necessary.

Ladson your mission is to find a way to win away from your friendly confines. Sparty your mission is to play yourself back into postseason position.

Generals, your mission is to circle the wagons and to summon the strength to play your way back to the upper division. Stormz your mission is to silence the generals supporters and to raise your profile.

Mavs your mission is to solidify your standing among the elites of club red while the sharks mission is simply one of survival.

Bulls, your mission is to break into the win column and out of the cellar. 2 your mission is to re-establish yourself among the club red contenders

Winners your mission is to find a way off the schnide, blizzards your mission is to continue your solid start

And, Kitties, your mission is to continue your accession and to remain the leagues only undefeated team. While Masters your mission is to continue your shocking insurgency and for you to remain the leagues sole unbeaten squad.

As always if any you or any of your operatives are caught Hrudey will disavow knowledge of your presence.

This thread will self destruct in five seconds.

Ok gotcha....Ya, I totally understand that. Was just wondering. I've wondered why a couple of my guys popped but their salary didn't move.

Webb and McClain and Skinner are, 94,91 and 92 on TSP respectively and all three are salary efficient BUT they also vacillate in performance, especially MCClain who has a good mix of skills but nothing that exceeds 13, also I think he has a gunners mentality which has shown the ability to be toxic to the causr. Skinner seems to have a slightly higher end and is far and away our best outside defender, his DR and HA are also best but his passing has always lagged a bit, then again all of our passing lags a bit and that is why against Stout defenses the offense flows like molasses. Webb has best perfect balance of guard tsp to forward rdp and has always shown he's a gamer, a little gangly but we love him anyway. both he and Armstead have a even IS SB distribution and I think it works well. But both are what they are, nice pieces but not stars.

My 23 year olds Strong and Taylor as I said last season are mid 70s and upper 60s respectively. But my plans to do a show roll is being rethought thanks to having Paul Han dropped in my lap, superstar potential, but a real funky look. Listed as a PF, already got the IS to 9, is naturally occurring strong RB,ID AND OD but awful on SB and stabby doesn't think that will be a feature worth spending much on as he's only 6'5 His shooting is average/inept so those will never be great, mediocre HA/DR so those will never be great, and inept passing will also be something that will not be a strength. I see lots of players talk about how they see a guy looking like a LeBron, John Wall, etc etc. I look at this dude as I see a Barkley, proverbial "once in a generation talent" especially for someone who does zero R&D when it comes to the rraft. Stabby suggest rolling him 1v1 at SF, and we are going that way, but since he already for a couple of minutes at PF Tuesday night I am going ID this week. Might go RB next, get those inside strengths moving upward, then go the SF route and perhaps mix strong and Taylor into the conversation.

One question for this rogue gallery, is it time to go full on lawnmower man and turn team mascot Pete Tanner into a world class trainer?
