Its definitely a good thing but, lets wait to see how many stick around before we get too excited.

And then came Pokemon Go.....

Why not make an app like Pokemon Go... BUT instead of Pokemon... we find "players" Playing basketball... and we have to recruit them

That's like saying drunk driving death's are natural selection. Unfortunately these f---tards tend to kill everyone BUT themself. Getting hit by a Pokemon GO idiot driver/drunkdriver is not natural selection.

Is it not? XD

Is murder not natural selection? XD

Is a Lion murdering and eating a gazelle natural selection?

You're just splitting hairs. Pokemon Go has factually lead to a decrease in survive-ability for *some* people. Natural selection at work.

Its natural selection and there is no selection in getting run over by a pokemon player.
The lion very well does select the weakest gazelle out of the herd because its the easiest prey.

However, if you consider pokemon driving a fundamental shift in general environmental conditions (like ice ages) instead of crazy incidents then yes, the ones that cant adapt and still cross the streets with green traffic ligths trusting the sanity of the approaching car driver could be removed from the gene pool by natural selection.

Lol are people seriously suggesting to make this game in any shape or form similar to pokemon go? this can not be real.

Buzzerbeater has failed to make ANY changes for the last half decade.I was here 6 years ago, very little has changed.

Games like this are a slow process, you dont come here for instant entertainment, which is something most people want, they want instant entertainment, just like in music, movies etc they will see whats the most popular and they join in.

Something must have gone wrong because those people knew what they were in for and kept playing but after some time for some reason stopped coming here,i dont know what that reason is but surely it is not because they couldnt colour their arena green or give their players jersey numbers etc.

If you think silly gimmicks will keep people from leaving or bring new people in,you are delusional.
