I'm training these guys to be a SF. Normally I quite like shotblocking and passing at the other positions, however I don't quite know what priority they should have on a Small Forward

Rodolfo Neto (13443480)
Power Forward

Weekly salary: $ 5 878

DMI: 54100
Age: 18
Height: 6'6" / 198 cm
Potential: superstar
Game Shape: proficient

Jump Shot: respectable Jump Range: mediocre
Outside Def.: respectable Handling: average
Driving: strong Passing: average
Inside Shot: respectable Inside Def.: respectable
Rebounding: respectable Shot Blocking: average
Stamina: atrocious Free Throw: respectable

Experience: pitiful

and a bit (well, quite a bit) behind him:

Heike van der Lande (13431687)
Small Forward

Weekly salary: $ 5 493

DMI: 42600
Age: 18
Height: 6'8" / 203 cm
Potential: MVP
Game Shape: strong

Jump Shot: strong Jump Range: mediocre
Outside Def.: respectable Handling: average
Driving: average Passing: mediocre
Inside Shot: average Inside Def.: inept
Rebounding: respectable Shot Blocking: average
Stamina: awful Free Throw: strong

Experience: pitiful

Great prospects both, they worth millions. Passing for me at SF is the 2nd most important skill after JS/OD/IS/ID. 8-9 even 10 would be great. It will make them to fit on any system. My dream SF looks like:

Jump Shot: 14-15 Jump Range: 10-11
Outside Def.: 14-15 Handling: 10-11
Driving:9-10 Passing: 9-10
Inside Shot: 11-13 Inside Def.: 11-12
Rebounding: 8-10 Shot Blocking: I dont care
Stamina: 7+ Free Throw: strong

If your training one position and you reach the playoffs that's 6 weeks more of training!

If you have at least a level 5 couch I am sure that at leats the PG will reach prolific. The SG will be interesting to know because of his height. Could you keep us (or me by bb-mail) update with the training?

Cheers
