There is still a MAJOR bug in the system.
I lost 10 scouting points because I accidentally clicked on the "Group Demonstration" button twice because it's not ghosting. Well, it took away 10 points without giving me any new information. How can I get those points back? If I don't, I've literally wasted hundreds of thousands of scouting dollars!

10 points costs about 50k lol.

Anyway, I am unable to press it twice, so maybe you hadn't actually done it in the first place?

i said i thought they should reset the people who scouted before the fix not after.

Nah, it is either no reset or a complete reset (either of the affect league's drafts or a global reset). For example, I scouted before the fix. When I got home I took a screenshot. I also took a screen shot of just about every step of my decisions, because I am trying to figure out the ins and outs of the new system. I wanted to see the before and after picture so to speak.

If you reset my list, but not the whole league's draft, I am definitely in a better position than my league mates.

The only issue to me is the "perceived" advantage that the negative point people had by getting a reset. In theory, they could have done the same as me (taken a screen shot). However:

1) As Edju said, we are talking about a really small % of users.
2) An even smaller % would have actually taken a screen shot.
3) Correct me if I am wrong, but because of the bug you could only do the combine and the group demonstration. Maybe you could do something with the information, but it is still a stretch.

Anyhow, either way it has an impact on fairness, whether perceived or real. However, a full reset has much wider implications than leaving things as is. All in all, I think it was exactly the right decision by the BBs.

Wrong. 40 000 each week, 10 weeks, 40 scouting points, 10 000 for each point.
And I am STILL able to press it, it still hasn't ghosted, so I'm not some retard who can't understand the difference between clicking and not clicking.
Thanks for your useless comment.

I'd just like to know why the baseline things and "Word of Mouth" are sooooo off. Is this "Word of Mouth" thing the same for every team in the league? Meaning every team thinks the same guys are really good when it's actually "who the hell knows"?

This would be useful for figuring out which players will go quicker in the draft. But in terms of finding your own studs, it appears to be completely useless.

So I used 10+10 points and nothing else was functioning after that. Today I'm at 0 points because it turned out I had exactly 20 points to spend. Since I did not reach negative numbers it all stays as it is for me:) Others who did the same actions but reached -1 SP-s had their draft reset and actual points returned with seen info not reset from their notes, minds.

You still have great information with that 10+10 points. Plus if you keep spending the same money you will get 8 more points by season's end. I would say that you are still in a really good position. You can even up your investment and get as many as 16 more points, still probably enough to scout all the good 18 year olds in your draft pool.

(PS Are you telling me that you really believed that you would end up with more points than the old system, and the season is not even over yet? I guess you are much more of an optimist than me. ;-) )

Or 10k a week is 2 points a week which means 5 weeks which means 100k.

Anyway, clearly you have some anger issues. I wasn't accusing you of being retarded, but people make mistakes, and it is possible you might have made one. Obviously you didn't, so perhaps it is a bug.
I was just saying that I couldn't click it twice, but maybe because I already clicked it and don't have enough points to click it again.
Thanks for your unjustifiably angry comment that acheived nothing a calm and friendly comment couldn't.

I would say this needs to be looked into. I suggest a bugs forum post.

Well... this is nice. I thought I had 40 something points to spend so I spent 20 on the combine and the demonstration. Now because some mistake, my points were wrong and I actually had 20 points which I already spent because I thought I had more to spend. Now I have to spend more money because I have no points... nice

I understand that today's BBs' decision not to reset was probably the right one considering all the circumstances. On the other hand I still have big doubts on yesterday's quick reset for negative drafters.

Are you telling me that you really believed that you would end up with more points than the old system, and the season is not even over yet?
I was really looking for this draft and seems I was really enthusiastic and say optimistic then started spending my quite nice number of 43 points:) So no problem to give it away 10+10 which got me to zero-point.

So quite unlucky case for me, again. I will live with it and try to cope and adapt. Hopefully I'm staying out of trouble and worries in the future.

Does anyone have a loose salary range for A-, A, A+ and B-, B, B+?
