Marketing Mix is the 4 Ps.

Product is one of the 4 Ps and this change i believe will make the game better.

70k in users is attainable when they work on Promotion and Place (apps)

I tried to introduce BB to 10 people at work who I play basketball with on a regular basis. We all work for a software company and all of them are in their 30's.

Here is what I heard
-Why doesnt it have an App
-Complicated, too much to learn to compete
-Game is too slow(takes too long to play one season)
- You mean I can only try to scrimmage one of you a week. Why cant we have on demand games.

That is why I made the suggestions I made.
- An app to introduce the game to new users and make it mobile friendly.
--App to allow you to watch games(got to get rid of flash)
--App to allow you to play an ondemand game or half a game each day versus a friend. More if you are a supporter or paid for the App.

-Better mentor program
--Allow mentors to see your team pages and have comment sections on your "Manage My Team" page so your mentor can post suggestions for you.

-Better Referral Program
--If you refer someone you get points for draft or maybe toward a paid supporter subscription?
--Maybe points toward draft when you refer someone. If they stay around a month you get points toward a subscription, if they become a supporter you get even more points?

-Faster Season
--Lets face it people got at a faster pace and allowing instant gratification of an ondemand game and a faster season would help with that.

-If we are going toward more of a train and Retain economy then how about more training options AND better chances to get a decent draftee.

What wouldnt you like about it?
A shorter Season? 3 games a week?

The ondemand games you wouldnt have to participate in.

The new mentor program you wouldnt have to participate in.

The App you wouldnt have to participate in.

The new gamers you would never see until they promoted up to your league which means they wouldn't be casual gamers by then.

I would think everyone would like new players and a new mentor program would help them become more than casual players.

edit:
I would like to add there is this soccer game that I used to play that had 100k players now its down to very few active players because it refused to change. BB has to find a way to grow or it will die out.

There are places where you propose your App Idea and development companies bid to do the work for you. Either you pay them a flat fee or a % of the App Sales.

BTW I am just throwing idea's out there.

Appreciate you taking the time to respond.

Every player is looking for a last pay day. Also every manager is looking a player to attract fans. Do you think the bobcats Gm would pass on kobe Bryant playing for him just because he old.. That's a lot of jersey money, seat ticket money.

It may not help them win, but it does them get revenue.

It seems that the rate of decline in users has drastically slowed over the past couple weeks.
We may have bottomed out.
