A-Dub hasn't broken any rules.
Sorry dude, but this is not the case.
Rules Broken:
1. Listed players for more than fair Market Value
Maybe. But people list players for $10 mill all the time and nobody cares.
2. Solicited Sales from Friends
The only thing he did was post an ad on the offsite stating that he was fighting off bankruptcy and was putting players up in order to get back in the game. In that add he stated that players had offered to loan him money, but not that he had agreed or accepted. It is perfectly fine to post an add, and explain why you are selling your players on the offsite.
3. Promised to buy players back from other teams "to repay loans" after he enters his rebuild. This constitutes shifting BB money from one account to another.
I don't see where he did this. Are you inferring he did this in private with players?
4. Didn't self-report after he received bids clearly higher than the players fair market value.
This is where I might agree with you. They did sell for a fair amount of money, but like I said before the GM's will step in if they feel the need and in the meantime it is against the rules to accuse people of cheating on the forums.
But what do I know? I was just a GM for 5 years.
And it is exactly because I know we have good staff like you working on the game that I trust the system and trust that the GM's will lower the amount of money A-Dub receives if they feel it needs to be done.
I don't think talking about it more in a public setting is going to do anyone any good.
