There are (181976.136). He is winning double every season in Ghana with some + $ 500k (? just quick estimate) weekly.
But I'm not sure how many similar (not that extreme) teams are all around the world.
As he asked me some question when he started BB he has also some knowledge and probably now I'm ready to help him build great team by advices which player is worth to buy and which is not, what tactic play in particular match etc. to show absurdity of current system.

If you looked at team I posted in last message. He has no real opponent in Ghana. What else than winning B3 could be motivation for him? He can't build team on domestic player. He can just buy or train mainly foreign players.
I think for such a team international league instead of domestic league could be really usefull as he has plenty of boring games.

Everyone has his own different motivation and all the teams meet in one competition.

Why do you think such teams have the motive to win B3? Not because of money for sure. Eternal glory in BB world? Hardly. Or maybe so they think, who would know.

For me, the challenge lies in winning B3 with homegrown players. Anyone can tank and then "buy out" B3. Can you do it with players you trained yourself for at least 3-4 seasons and on top of that, they are from your country?

Easy for you to say.... if you had started in season 3 or earlier, I am sure your benchmark for success would be different... your so called motives are wishful because in reality they can never be achieved. (harsh but almost certainly true).....

A small community like Ghana, a large one like Spain or Italy, a middle-range community, all are different game environments in terms of cash earnings and competitiveness which leads to differences in training management, TS management, GS management, market strategy, arena strategy. All these different game environments require different strategies to reach and be successful in top leagues.

What is absurd is to expect the B3 to be a World Championship with teams coming from so many different "worlds". B3 should be played more casually though I will miss the never-ending and futile discussions :)

Congrats to the winner whoever it is and have fun !

But what is the motive, what incentive do you have to play B3, when you are the top team in your country with competition far behind you? I guess B3 is the answer, but I'd rather see a B3 that is divided in "Premier league" and "1st league" like in England, for example. Weaker B3 league would consists of teams that came second either in their country cup or country championship. There really isn't much to do with just 2 league games/week in BB, especially if there are only 2 or 3 important games per season. One more (important) game per week would only benefit the game and being 2nd in either cup or championship's final wouldn't look that bad anymore.

Of course the winner of weaker B3 would advance to "real" B3...

maybe way out of that kind of situation will be not stable TV contracts, merchendise profits, and incomes from the game (ticket cost) which would be relative to national, league, players rankings, power of league.
And we (programmers, analitics, game masters) must change startegy of earning money by teams, its obvious that the team which is winning should have larger income from TV contracts at next season, there must count reputation of the team and some others factors. I know that would complicated game, and some users won't be happy but this is inevitable in future.
