Could you explain why you don't want to train him on inside skills?

Multiple reasons, already discussed with Kozlik:
- He's not my main trainee, Tallis and Medeiros are (canadian players). They need outside training, especially medeiros to counteract his height (inside skills train faster thanks to his height)
- He's too old to train his secondaries. He's short so inside skills train slower than outside skills
- He badly needs passing. When I got him he was at 8, now at 12 but still not enough
- He was trained to be a U21 beast, so got outside training right from the start to develop his primaries instead of developing his secondaries first which is better for NT players. I'm not here to correct that mistake (it IS a mistake to train primaries first on a player with such potential), he's good enough for my team without great secondaries, I got other more rounded players (Limpele, Tallis) for that

In my mind, he's a clear case of miscommunication between NT and U21 coaches on your part. He should have received secondary training first, but he wouldn't have been great for the U21. He should have been a NT first player, not a U21 beast.

He still gets training, he will be a monster guard, probably above 110 OSP when all is done, he just won't have the secondaries, too bad for you, good enough for me

Bonus reason: the only reason I bought him in the first place was because I was U21 coach at the time and he was on the TL right before an important game against you. So to maximize our chances I bought him to lower his gameshape and give us the best chance to win the game (didn't work in the end but I had to try everything). I overpaid for him because of that, but it was worth it in my mind. Now I develop him for MY team, not for a NT I honestly don't care about. I do care about Canada so I do train my canadian players for the NT. In a way you're just unlucky that I need to train outside skills first, but it's fine by me

I least I'm answering your questions, when I was NT coach I didn't even get a 10% response rate to my bb mail, even to say stop writing me

I'm whinning here because the NT coach contacted my twice already about him, and your scouts once before that, always with the same request even if we already had this discussion 3 months and 6 months earlier.

And worst of all his bbmail is childish:
"Try to train ID and IS, please? You waste this player for not training ID and IS;-)"

He knows that I won't train ID/IS, an he knows I don't think I'm wasting him. We just have different point of views and he's not ready to accept that

With all the ruckus I made here, I'm pretty sure he will remember me now and will stop asking me to train something everytime he scouts players!

And at 5M nobody will buy him, so I just keep him and develop him for my team. If I have to buy another player for 5M, I won't find one that will have been custom made for me like him

Even cow sometimes changes her mind;-) So you can't blame us we still believe on you:)

Fairly speaking, I can't understand why people who know something about this game, train like you. It's old-school and doesn't give anything. Explanation that it's only for own useage sound stupid. From my experience players completely without secondaries skills are not enough to fight even in second division in Poland. Furthermore these players are not interesting on TL...so it's simply waste of money and time.

Are you calling yourself a cow? =)
Give me just one incentive of why I should train him for the NT of another country? What do I have to win with that? Why would I throw away a full season out of position with him playing at C to train ID/IS? Why would I hinder the not-old school training (as you rightfully call it) of my canadian trainee for a trainee of another country I don't care about? I train secondaries for my canadian trainees, it is the right way to do it, why would I prioritize a foreign player? He gets training, that's good enough for me, and without secondaries it's also good enough to be relevant in the first division of Canada.
If you care that much about him (liked I cared about my U21 when I bought him), you can buy him yourself at my price. Otherwise there's no point in contacting me or shaming me or calling me stupid or whatever. The only one losing something with this situation is you, not me. And you offer me no incentive to change that, quite the contrary to be honest. Had you left me alone when I told you so the first time, I might have switched to inside training in 2 seasons. Now to be honest, the more I can delay it and piss you off with that, the better.
