No, I think the draft in Spain is complete.
Look at your roster: you'll see 3 new players. :)

Actually, it's strange because I still have the Edit Draft Order link in my team page, and officially the draft hasn't taken place yet, but the newly drafted players are already in the roster page. All of them are listed as drafted by "Unknown Team" in season 9, but they're definitely there and can already be sold or placed in the team tactics.
