I know that i am less experienced than lots of other Filipino Managers, and that's why i need ur help :D. The U21 is different from the PPL. Being a manager of the U21, your carrying the name of your country, so a lot of people are counting, rooting, and would surely want to help the U21. Besides, I think my focus is on the training of our players, scouting for new ones, and an active community. The tactics would rely on your suggestions and opinions. Because it is your opinion that matters, because your the one who chose the U21 manager, and the U21 manager represents the whole country.

All For One. One For All. :D

But i still have plenty of experience, and i am pretty hardworking when it comes to scouting my opponents' tactics. So i'm not totally relying on your help, but i would be glad to hear your thoughts and opinions. :D

I know that giving advice to newbies is the one of the important things for being a GM of the national team. I have ask many GMs about some advice almost all of them are saying that raise your defenses to this and that but I know that the true, great advice is not from defense it is from a hidden part of buzzerbeater that is friendship from players or something that like that and to train the teams players hard through their best abilities like a 6"3" player who is good at passing train him on that and he will give some great passes to the his teammates

question to the candidates: how can you say that you'll be successful managing the NT if you still haven't experienced competing on our country's respective top leagues? i think this is important to know for the voters since managing in the top league is a whole like managing the NT in terms of players, competition, etc.

Ive been playing buzzerbeater for quite sometime now. My team has played in League II.2 for 4 seasons(made the semifinals for 2 seasons) but unfortunately got relegated this season. That may have been big smudge in my resume but there is reason behind that. All in all, i can say i know my BB well.

First time ko ata to post here sa Forums natin. Also my first time to be involved in voting.

So far, from reading the posts ... only 3 managers from the 8 that are running seem to be active.

(in no particular order)
- harmless
- Coach Brian
- BLC Kings

I wonder if the others will will make their presence felt.

Anyway, I've already made my decisions but I will hold my vote till tomorrow morning. :)
