What gets me is they're creating more problems...but don't seem to care. As long as they fix something that's not broken, who cares about the repercussions.

That whole thing is so BuzzerBeater.
And bonus points for BB not even making clear what the new "feature" was initially.

I went off a little bit in that thread too.... I haven't gone back into the thread since I posted in it.

I'm working on a BB-inspired screenplay about a fictional character called VisiRoof. Initially mild-mannered, he becomes disenchanted with authority, & meets up with a burly northerner named Ewww. From that point on, they decide to play by their own rules. And take no guff. One adopts the nickname "Half-Cocked", the other "Loose Cannon". (Because you never know when either is about to go off!!!) It takes place in a fictional mash-up of LA & Alaska. With plenty of continuity errors. And casual nudity.

I'm thinking about working in a character named "Hassy D." too. More on that later.

I like the sound of this. Being that I'm from LA, I have a friend of a friend who is in DA BIZZ, if you want him to maybe read what you've got.

Ok. I'll bite. How does VisiRoof and Ewww (big boned, not burly) star in a film that has casual nudity?

As of now, it's completely non-essential to the plot.

Funny you made the "not burly" comment. Because the fictional character Ewww is in fact burly... though prefers to think of himself as big boned. He's very sensitive about it, & his lack of acceptance leads to many confrontations . (Even one with VisiRoof!) "Hassy D." learned the hard way not to call Ewww burly.

Speaking of "Hassy D." I need some guidance on the character. Suggestions? Also thinking of working in 2 others: Jumper Ten (involved in a high speed scooter chase) & G.M. JaDaughter.

i see Hassy D. as a George Sanders sort of guy, with affected airs, a toney British accent, nose in the air, aware that his crap doesn't stink, patronizing, disdainful, forced to exist around foul-smelling people emitting repulsive odors that he is too refined and delicate to acknowledge and good taste and breeding forces him to tolerate. he is a democrat in that he treats everyone, men, women, young, the old, the rich, the poor, the same way.
