We have not.
Well, technically, I guess Mark or Marin could do that, but there is no reason to do so. There would be a lot more to lose than to gain. No reason to save someone and even them couldn't do it without GMs knowing it. Since one of the main reason we are GM is because we like to keep that game fair, we would not accept it.
Well, that's makes sense.
On the other hand, there is an appeals email where someone sanctioned can appeal and the decision can be overturned, but that is not amnesty.
