"Blaming other people"

You mean, pointing out to the people paid to run this game fairly and effectively that their chosen solution isn't effective - or fair?

I didn't write the code, so I didn't think about what I could've done to make it better. When asked, I believe I have proposed a better, fairer solution than the one currently in place.

So, I disagree that it has been fixed in "the best possible way"

I also find your words about online games in general weasel-born, and personally offensive in the insult to my intelligence.

I am just giving my opinion. My point of view is different from yours.
I alway try to think first what could I have done better before blaming other people.

Of course there is a bug, and it has been fixed in the best possible way. I would complaint stronger if I see they are doing nothing to solve it. Not the case at all.

Every manager online game suffers from the same problems from time to time. We all make mistakes and it is not always possible to restore everything perfectly.

We see your point of view and we see it's different from ours. But again, we do not agree with you and, anyway, you don't help to solve the problem.

Mate, I think I'll just let you answer this guy. That's as near-perfect a summation of his non-contribution as makes no difference.

OK.. so charles and I have been furiously discussing this issue, as we are both highly unsatisfied with the situation... and we just had a realization that might make the situation salvageable.... I dont want to promise too much till we work out the details and make sure it is indeed technically feasible.. and the solution isnt perfect, but it is better than nothing. Stayed tuned please for an update throughout the evening.

I can´t do anything. I am a normal user as you are.

Not all messages in this forum must be helpful for your problem. I am free to give my opinions here even if it is not what you want to hear.

I stop this discussion before we go to personal attacks. It was not my intention.

Nor mine. I just felt that you were sticking up for people who are quite capable of communicating for themselves, fudging the issue and wasting time and space doing so. Of course, it is your right to do so. Happily acknowledged. Happy to move on.

Anyway, I am heartened to hear that the BBs have decided to keep working on the issue and look forward to seeing their revised solution later this morning (it's 1.30am here).

G'night BB-world.

Oh my god!!! Let's see, one week's worth of imaginary training in an online game is messed up! I am gonna rant and rave and froth at the mouth and act like a pompous windbag asshole because somebody made a mistake.

Meanwhle, in other news, the world burns, babies starve, animals go extinct, airports are shut down by rabble, and people lose jobs by the thousands.

Thanks for making such an awesome game, BB's. I can live with your mistakes.
HAPPY THANKSGIVING WEEKEND to all.

but the only alternative would have been to delay the new training or just leave everything the same and get all of us very angry.
Not all of us. I had 3 pops and 6 strong game shapes. I was Ok with that, I wouldn't notice a bug. The re-run just added two secondary pops. Game shape were again 6 strongs for me only names changed. On the other hand many of my opponents have bunches of medicores suddently, which is of course not bad for me.

But I can feel your pain.

What supportes would win if they would be fun enough, btw? (not that I would be)

The world still burns, babies starve, animals go extinct, airports are shut down by rabble (you in an airport lounge?), and people lose jobs by the thousands even if they fix it.

So, I'm happy for them to spend more time to try and fix it.

If you could get started on putting out the fires, feeding the babies, saving species from becoming extinct and creating jobs in a downturning economy, then I'm sure we'd all be grateful. Ta. Post back tomorrow and let us know how you're doing.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING to you too. What does that mean to anyone outside of the USA, btw?
