Please, arrange exception for me as it's prohibited to have multiple teams and I'm not ready to leave my current one.

Please BBs,let rwystyrk (Czech NT Manager) have an account in italian V division or spanish Vi division,it would be very interesting to see what he would do

So i don't think it's funny and for this reason we can't say economy is equal...

Have anybody said that? Neither I have seen anybody nor I say it.
And it's difficult read in some post ( general ) " this is the way to be a great manager" because these posts arrive from users that don't know the real problematic of big country economy.

I don't understand what did you mean, why you address to me, I have repeatedly wrote it's very hard to manage team in this condition and it needs different strategy and lot of patience before any success comes.

I have no problem to start in Italy in lowest division and try to battle with specific italian condition. Please, arrange exception for me as it's prohibited to have multiple teams and I'm not ready to leave my current one.

My post was general, i discuss about your comment to slow play and the system to create a good team...
And in this post i 've put some arguments that i've discuss with you and other users in this thread ( precedently)...
Repeat it was general
p.s i don't want you leave your team, for me you can win 1737 titles....

Come me nessuno mai!

I can say you what I would do.
1) I would explore financial condition on each level of the country so that I decide whether it's the best choise to stay at bottom level for long time.
2) (if I decide it's good choice to stay at bottom level) for many seasons (probably much more than 2-3) I would only train 3 players single position (in way I think his price would raise the most quickly) and rest of the team would be rubbish. I wouldn't care about promotion, from time to time I would try to sell trainees and replace him with cheaper, but more perspective one and would be saving money.
3) (I can't say it takes 5, 7 or 10 seasons) as I decide I have enough money I would train next generation of trainees for my team not for selling and after about 2 seasons of their training I would buy players to make strong team to be able to make multiple promotion (I can't say promotion every single season, but at least every second would be great)

Good strategy, but I would be interested(and I'm not joking) to see you realized them,it's too easy to make them on the paper,it would be interesting to see the way you go over all the difficiulties.
There are a lot of users that are yet pursuing this strategy in the lower leagues, and not all of them are having bright results,so while I think you are a good manager, however it's not easy to face the difficulties, when you have them in front of you

Wow, after reading a lot of post in this thread I feel really sorry for you Italians and Spaniards out there... :-(

I spend less than 200k in salaries, make more than 200k profit per week and I am in a good position to be promoted to Div I in one of the next few seasons (of course I will get ripped in Div I, but who cares). I would instaquit the game if I was one of you guys operating at "close to 0" profit.

Another one that is sure to be "superman" and it's actually saying our picture of the economical situation is more than right.

Maybe it would be worse if he starts in a division full of bots, the impact with the reality would be stronger for him :P

Probably experienced manager has advantage in this strategy compare to unexperienced one. There are several keys moments in this strategy which are very important so that it would be effective and successfull.

Do you have in Italy any statistic of incomes in every level (separatelly for attendance, TV and merchanside)?

General suggestion: I think we (almost) all agree that conditions are not equal (even not close to equal) - country to country, level to level. I think there is no need to discuss there is a problem any more. For now I would prefer to discuss ideas what changes can improve this situation.
