Its perfectly fine even without the playoffs if you wish only to train the two of them.

During the playoffs and playouts the teams that finish in the 5th and 8th place have automatically a scrimage against the team from the same position of the other conference and can also book another scrimage. So you will still be able to do 2 games per week (and for you this will be the maximum) which means you are able to train them one position ;)

Good luck

PF definitely. The reason being that his outside defence is only inept, and to be a good small forward you would need to train that up to prominent which would take far too long given his height. He already has pretty good skills for a power forward, get his passing up to Strong, and get all his inside skills up to Strong and then I would consider giving him some one on one training and even get his jump range up to Strong and then just go crazy on training the inside skills until he is 21.

I appreciate the input...I think he would have been a great SF prospect if it weren't for him being 6'11''. I am fine with making him a solid PF because I am training big men anyway. Thanks for the help

Too bad he's 19. Sell or train as SF?
