mhmmmm,
Although I'm part of that "black list" of NT managers who didn't honor a TIE agreement, I think I need to say something here. First of all, for all the managers who are complaining, just remember, you are doing it because you actually have been involved in a TIE agreement, either you purposed, or someone purposed and you accepted. Either way, you were trying to get an advantage out of the situation, and you couldn't take it, and that's what pisses you of. And you know I'm right.
A mutual TIE agreement isn't more than just another strategic move. Would you all be here complaining if that agreement you made had been honored? No way. If that had happened, you would be all smiles and joy, celebrating a win and your bigger enthusiasm. Is that fair to the rest of the managers that didn't agreed any mutual tie? No, but you couldn't care less about it. Actually, you don't give a sh*t about it. But the moment someone have the guts to don't fulfil that unfair agreement, you all automaticaly get pissed and start complaining about everything. Don't be hypocrites, that isn't pretty at all.
Since everyone, at some point, agree to a deal like that, just let it be and live with the consequences. France coach purposed a deal to me, I had to accept, and then I didn't fulfil it. Another day I will taste the same "venom". It's a strategical game, and you have to be up for the challenges.
And that's not because I didn't fulfil that mutual tie against France that I'm not a man with word, and with honor. Someone tried to get advantage "from me", and I just answered with the weapons I had available. Think about it ;)
Best regards.
