I bought my 40K salary lvl5 coach for just 1K. Or I could have gotten a 25K salary coach form about 500K.

Now comes a simple math question: how many weeks do I need to have this 40K coach to start losing money aginst the 25K deal?

I bought a level 5 coach because I wanted to train my draftee a bit faster. I currently think it's worth the money, but maybe in 4 or 5 weeks I feel differently, and will settle for a lvl4 trainer.

I bought my first lvl5 trainer with 18k salary for 400k. Now I'm just looking for a trainer that will start to pay himself back in 7 weeks (half a season) compared to my last trainer. So taking that into account you really can't pay more than 220k if you want to switch from a 53k salary trainer to a 18k salary trainer. Ofcourse we are considering the severance fee aswell into this calculation.

It doesn't seem like you're very good at playing this game my friend. In fact, in buzzerbeater terms, your manager rating may be @ Pitiful at best.

ok..the start of discussion was about the growing salary of the coaches..now i'll buy a coach lev 4 and 15/18 k a week which i surely will have to change in 20 weeks..is it normal?

which are more then one season, and i know team who made this also especially with Co-Trainers like those Staff members are.

And with this coach it makes sense to change him that early, when you change your 500k level 5 coach every to season like you mentioned, you pay more money for the transfer then you get back through the cheaper salary(and you spend the money early, so this money can not work for you)

if there are skills people obviously think that these skills are important...today i've learened they are unusefull..thanks

they are important, and they make a different, but you could invest your money in a better way ;) So you pay to much, for the little gain of the extra skill.

It is like the TL, there are player with some skill combinations sold for more money then "better" players with a other skill contribution. So is this a fault of the game, when you spend more and get a weaker player or is it just a bad Manager?

Maybe this isn't all a question of being a good or bad manager. It's more a question of tastes.

Some like the aspect of traing players better then other parts of the game, so they try to invest in good trainers. As has been shown in this thread, that is a tough way to play this game.

Some like to invest their money in buying better players instead of buying better trainers.

You can't call someone a bad manager if they try to play this game to the best of their abilities in the way that they get the most pleasure out of the game. Just because they don't manage the same way as you do, means that they are better or worse. Just different.

Off course, the end goal of this game is to become the #1 in your country or in the BB World. Whichever tactic gets you there (and there are probably multiple ways to get there), that will be the right one for you. It's nice to see everyone trying in their own way.

isn't it a good or bad decision, when you take a way who is much faster or longer then to reach your target? Isn't this game a competition betwen managers, where good or bad decisions decide betwen a win and a loose?

For sure they are different targets in the game, maybe player X like to design his dreamplayer more then reaching the top, and the main target is fun so in this case it isn't a bad decision to buy a good trainer + trainees but just saying that every decision is a good one leads to a game where you don't have to think about what ya doing and this isn't the case here.
