Yes, or better yet, level 4. It's nice to have a level 6 trainer but you need to climb out of Division V in order to make money and retain your highest-paid players. You're paying $40K -- $50K per week more than I was paying for a trainer in USA Division IV, meaning you're losing out on about $600K worth of profit over the course of a season. Plus, the higher the level of the staff member, the more rapidly their salary increases, and unless you're prepared to pay an outrageous signing fee (again, since you must have done it once to get this guy in the first place) you're not going to be able to replace your trainer. If you do replace him, it'll only be by spending gobs of cash that could buy you better players or a bigger arena instead.

You can't train that many players effectively and training takes a long, long time. Teams in lower divisions are much better served by focusing on spending money on talent and arena expansion, not staff. Staff can wait until you have talent at every position and have an opportunity to train a NT-quality player.

I would drop to a level 4 with about 12k salary.
It is very cheap to buy, will train pretty quick, and will pretty much double your profits.

I'm in div 5 with level 4 pr and level 4 trainer. This is my first full season. I'm been selling out recently, should I lower my PR guy?

My salaries are a little high due to more depth than last year, injuries killed me and probably cost me a promotion, I had no depth. Now I can survive injuries :) Going to sell a few players after the season. my division is tough though, 5 really good teams, including mine

scouting is temporary, trying to get 10 total points to scout all the 1 and 2 ballers.

I think I need to be making more of a profit each week, but its tough!

Am I on the right track?

Just throw This season if you are not promoting anwway, sell ur manager, and just sell some players and get lots of money. Then eventually U can buy a very expenxive player. Just save.

thanks for sharing this info! Wow, I thought the TV Contract would be a lot more than Div 5, I think I am getting 57k, not a big jump considering your 2 div higher. very interesting, again thanks for sharing!

I have a doctor(level 5) on 24k salary, trainer(L4) on 17k salary and PR manager(also L4) on 17k salary. I don´t know, will I get promoted this season, but is my profit net okay? Attendance is quite good if I look at other clubs in my league for example. But I don´t know, are my staff worth it? I invest a lot in scouting too, because it has brought 2 brilliant youngsters to my team, Masolov(who is already 19y and good C) and Ohvritall(who can have a lot of potential in U21 team, if trained right).
