The Steamrollers are still stuck in III.7 so the game is broken.

If you remember me, then I don't care if everyone else forgets.

Perhaps that explains why I haven't made it to d.1 without trying to get there to. If so the game must be broken!

No, the game works fine. If it were broken, you'd be in Canada's III.7. ;)

the broken economy
guys making free throws when they were just substituted and sitting on the bench
pr managers that do nothing
frequent injuries in the first quarter disrupting your game shape

i'll fill the screen with issues. you can't be dumb enough to believe there aren't any flaws.

Broken how? You may not like it but its not broken.

guys making free throws when they were just substituted and sitting on the bench
Glitch. oh noes, its horrible.

pr managers that do nothing

Not from my experience. They are very much worth their money.

frequent injuries in the first quarter disrupting your game shape

get new less fragile players. I've seen injuries in every quarter, not just the 1st.

I'm not suggesting the game is perfect. But 3 out of the 4 are purely from your perspective, not actually flaws.

What is the problem with you guys, and others, who want to defend the games blatant flaws?
Yes the economy is definitely broken, there is no debate. You got 400k to 500k players not even top division teams can afford. Centers are massively more expensive then guards. There aren't sufficient amount of ways to bring in money.

There is no way in hell you're serious when you say PR managers are "very much worth their money". You have no clue. Maybe provide an example of how they're helping your team and your finances.

How the hell do you get "less fragile players". Ridiculous. The majority of injuries happen in the first quarter, not just for me. . I've seen it happen to my opponents as well. It's how bizarrely injuries work.

If you want to see how a properly run game works, you can check out hattrick.

FWIW my last 2 injuries have been in the 4th quarter
today's quite devastating just before the playoffs
and running smack dab into cost with a week before the deadline

First of all, there are little to no 400k players in BB, and I know for a fact that I have never seen a 500k player during my tenure on BB. It is true that centers carry more salary than guards do, but that's just the way the game was designed. You want to know sufficient ways to make money? Win games, especially road, TV and rivalry games. Buy players that carry a salary which can match their performance. Spend money wisely. Save money. Build your arena. The economy is not broken. You have to know how to manage your money.

There is no way in hell you're serious when you say PR managers are "very much worth their money". You have no clue. Maybe provide an example of how they're helping your team and your finances.

I have never had a PR manger above basic, so I can't counter your argument with evidence. Maybe someone who has experience with specialties and other levels of PR managers can.

A semi-effective way to do it would be to look at their player history, though it could just be that the user didn't play the player. Injuries are random, but there are players that are injury prone, just like in real life. As for your noting many injuries in the 1st quarter, I've seen more people complaining about this lately, but I assure you that injuries happen in all quarters, not just the 1st.

HT isn't perfect either, but I believe it to have less bugs. Of course, they've been around longer than BB has.

They also have many many times more users and supporters to pay for site upgrades/maintenance/perks/development.
