Well, I run moton and if its anything like the real life motion then im training it right.

Please don't take this the wrong way, but you have already been told many times by experienced managers that buzzerbeater doesn't work like real life. You can take any head coach at NBA level and they wouldn't know the first thing about how this game works.

The best advice I have seen on this thread would be to find a mentor. Working with someone personally to explain how buzzerbeater tactics work could be much easier for you to process all the inforomation in the forums.

Some nice points were brought up by other managers here.

1) Pick a max of 3 players preferably 18-19 years old and train them in single position to get more pops out of them. Fast training possible.

2) I may have misread it but it sounds like you're trying to team train driving so it may show results but it'll be extremely slow and you'll never maximize your teams potential.

3) You want to run motion but the thing is your teams not setup for that tactic currently and continuously running it will only have teams in your league just GPD it. It's best to train those 3 players so you have a core for your future and just buy your surrounding pieces.

4)IMO you should invest in the draft and get yourself a nice player(s) train him and scrap the rest of your team for money and buy solid veterans to keep you from relegation while you train. Trust me it sucks losing but in order to get far in this game you need building blocks.

5) Usually that 3rd trainee you can sell for a high price if you trained them right and flip that one player for 1-2 solid players.

6) You should look at how to build a USA U21 player thread and that should give you a starting ground of what a player "should" look like if you wish to truely be competitive.

The thing is im trading all the foreign players for cash once they hit a cerrtain age once there training drops. Plus you guys dont know what my skills look like because you cant see them. The draftees I have is going to be kept untill I either fire them or hall of fame inductee them. I have three shooting gaurds three centers two point gaurds and two small fowards three smallfowards. I have a certain lineup im saving for playoffs only with one of my three of a type players etc.

Well I know that height doesnt matter. When I think about height in this game, I think about if there potetntial is low and staats are there thats it. I have to rely on staats from here on because I got work from 5 to 9 monday through thursday

Height is only relative to training speed. Potential is only relative to how much training a player can recieve before reaching his skill cap. Stats are relative to nothing else you mentioned. This is why you would benefit greatly from having a mentor to explain these things to you.

However, that will only help if you are willing to accept the advice. You are dismissing some very good suggestions that would help you also.
