Auto bid is a great thing. At one football manager, a few years ago they introduced an agent (auto bid) and that's great because not everyone has time to bid for players/coaches for half an hour. This does not help the rich, but people who cannot be at the game every second. This option is the development of the buzzer going forward and I hope people will take this as a positive thing

There are better things to improve before the autobid and I don't believe this is the reason why people drops the game.

The app already made bidding easier.
Autobid will inflate the market and the change will be too drastic.
I'm looking for incentives to keep playing and this might go in the opposite sirection.
I agree that long bidwars kinda suck and adding just 1 minute instead of 3 would solve the issue.
Bottom line, if you want a game with autobid go find another game or develop a new one. Leave buzzerbeater alone.

I would love an autobid feature. To me the allure of games like this is that you're not required to be online all of the time. Many online games with worldwide population award those willing to spend the most time online or the most money. This game and autobid would permit the best strategies to shine through and not the person willing to sacrifice the most of their personal time or careers or families.

This game is in many ways basketball Hattrick except with a much smaller user base. Autobid has been a feature there for as long as I can remember and there does not seem to be any complaints.

Everyone against appear to like having an advantage based on taking advantage of people who can't be online at all times.

Of course NO, if you want the player,come and claim him.Put an alarm,wake up and make the bids. Be alert, and always online if you want the player. It's part of the game.
If you want to implement auto bid, and I will play with normal bids. Then inform me for the highest bidder,so I don't waste my time

It does help the rich though. Scenario: Player A is listed on the transfer market. Team A which is super rich sets a max bid which far outweighs the financial capital of other teams. They win the bid. In the current scenario, teams are reluctant to overbid and rather play the waiting game but with the max bid option, teams can go haywire
