Hello, new player here.
The mentor list was updated in 2016 so I'm not sure if I should be contacting any of them.

On left column we have training names like inside shooting etc ,then on right side we have positions on which we want train ,here we have C ,C/PF/SF with different colors like black, green ,red etc so my doubt is what is the black color means ,is it 100 % or 0 % ??

Heu guys, I'm new to BB and would like to have a mentor. I should learn fast since I played the now extinct Charazay and also played Hattrick. I live in Germany but don't speak German (just moved here) so English or Portuguese would be my prefereed languages. Thanks!
