I saw few games with these "attributes" and everytime it's the same - rich clubs have a best talents and normal or poor have noone.. and have noone until they will waste theirs time on transfer market day by day, week by week, waiting for their's dragon.. And I'm not talking even about unlucky drafts - wasting of a whole season to get nothing.. that is not right. There is an analogy - if players should have something like that, they should to have even theirs own personality (soul) to be even slightly complicated to hold them in one team if your results aren't good or anything else and the dumb ones will be always loyal - but mindless boneheads with a talent? It is just a better business with the slaves.. and worthless enhancement to get angry many users

that's my opinion

All rookies don't start with atrocious experience. My most experienced player (mediocre) was a draft pick two seasons ago - and I don't think has ever increased. He is a backup.

Another player in the same draft has improved his experience from atrocious to pitiful. He is a starter and been a 2nd team selection to the All Star Game both seasons.

I think experience is an unknown factor in BB right now. It doesn't at all compute sensibly. It takes ages for some players to level up and yet we have new draftees coming in with higher experience factor than the veterans. How is that a sensible thing? Just doesn't make sense. If BB wants or starts to put a weight on experience in the game engine, it has to first correct the current start-up level for all draftees. They should all start at "atrocious" instead of the random levels currently employed. And put in place a factor for experience improvement for all games ie. league games, cup games, NT games and maybe even for All-Star games.

I think it is high time for BB to make an announcement on this. Just don't keep us guessing. Not a good thing for the development of the game at this point.

from my experience, i notice my guy increase in experience because he carries my team a lot, meaning the moment i needed someone to step up and win my games he always carry the load for me.

also his crowned the mvp!

im shock really how he carries my team, he get 3's to go in when it matter most, also he turns on his killer drives

im just fascinated with the guy :D

Thus, while absolutely nothing is known about the impact of the experience?

At the moment, choosing the player, I still incorporate its expertise in the list of priorities when buying...However, experience - the last of what I draw attention...

In my own "experience", it helps a lot at the end of the game. I have guys with proficient free throw shooting who for some reason shoot bricks at the end of the game. Is it a coincidence that they have atrocious experience?
