Well Martin Medrano, and Joe Bronson both were trained by Div IV teams....

Right, but at least in Bronson's case it was someone who was trying to promote, etc.

No idea about Medrano personally.

News should be as clear as possible without various interpretation. Even with the same (the right one) interpretation managers can choose different ways for their clubs to success.

They weren't farm teams though. They were Div IV teams that drafted them, got to Div III, but then the increased salaries of the two forced them back down to Div IV where they evnetually had to sell of their other players just to sustain them. So they weren't farm teams, just proof that you can't have a player of that caliber unless your in division 1 or 2.

That was my whole point.

I never aid it was ;)

I said they were trained by div IV teams that had to sell of almost every player just to sustain that one.

I disagree. I like just how they are worded now. They should give the managers some ideas but give nothing away. Then we can all experiment and find out for ourselves.

Once I scored a basket that still makes me laugh.

All these things are good and all but where is the buying freeze for the CUP? Now that would have a been an exciting change...A buying freeze going into the Cup 32 or 16 would make the cup way more exciting.....I guess maybe next season...

I understand your pursuit to happiness, but seriously every topic I go and you respond I see this Cup Proposal (which may be good, but thats not the point)..You lose strenghts in argument and it is not like that will help your proposal to speed up in the queue..

Actually they should add trade deadline like B3 when the b3 deadline take place it should take effect for playoffs and cup games that way there wont be a market speculations and so the great players would sell for most ,the prices will jump up and managers would be happy selling theyre product for a reasonable price, theyll be payed for theyre hard work and dedications make it the all-star break the deadline and with the new free agent system just dont allow to list players at the market,i f manager can handle the given players wage implement a 10-20% taxes
let me put it that way when you buy a player if you want to re-sell youre getting only about 80% of the price.where goes the other 20% make it when past the deadline and you can afford given player wage like the 500k beast out there you just fired them and by the rules theyre listed as free agents and take 20% commision i know is not real-like contract but theyre numbers of other unrealistic thing as in real life you can add free agents as many as you like and past the deadline you can only buy FA.the whole concept of the game wouldnt be messed up but the money would be more valuable right now you can buy a 50k Guard for much as 2m and a 200k guard about the same price this doesnt make sense.while if there is that deadline best players would sell for about the 10m mark No offence to the tanking team but with that pricing there wont have that edge for that long period of time, like now the top teams in B3 bought the monster team for as much as 15-20mil and for the wages about another 15-20 mil for the whole season ,this i think will motivate teams to train even harder, and with the new cross-training that would be presented there will be some really great players coming .

I strongly disagree with you or we don't understand each other. I try to explain it by example. It should be clear which interpretation of cross-training change is the right one, whether
A) there will boost/slowdown of training speed because of high/low level of skills which have no influence on particular trainings now (this is interpretation I'm for and hope for)
B) there will be additional pops of skills which are not popping by particular trainings now
C) or anythink else
Our job is by experimenting after introducing the change find out how strong is boost/slowdown of training (A) or how often are additional pops (B) and find our best way of training after the change. Our job is not testing which interpretation is right.

Yes, we disagree. That's okay.
I see our "job" as interpreting what we are given through experimentation.
