FT training doesn't seem too useless now for those who were complaining about it last season. And the reason why the random pops appear more in FT/ST training is simple: You're doing training for the team so that means there's a higher chance for that random pop to hit a skill that's pretty close to popping anyway.

How about those other skills? I mean was that Jump Shots lower than others? Of course rebounding was lower.....

So far JS training resulted in ID, SB and RB pop. Is it possible JS is linked to inside abilities or is it really random? I'm still waiting for an OD or PA pop from JS training.

4) But...I don't believe you!

I'm not sure how I'd answer this one, but I will ask: if you were given the option to avoid skill increases from cross-training (all other effects would continue to apply; you'd just be giving up on increases with zero compensation), would you want it? If enough people actually would prefer that, it would be easy for us to implement...

Are you going to mass answer all the time with this message???

People didn't belive BB-Charles when he said some seasons ago SB was a usefull skill and now it doesn't matter if we believe him or not, we will train SB even if we don't want :P

Will you stop mass crying all the time?

Or will you learn how to read and see the reason of the post?

I doubt you can understand the pov of the managers who dislike this change, when you played only 1 season this game.

You won't really train it, you will have some improvement in it.
If you don't train it, you will still have crap SB, no worries.

Ofc i'm worried, because i train SF's, that means i'm training him in all skills, so it can happen that 4-5 skills raise when i dind't want. If one of this skills are rebounds or ID, or JS or OD i'll have to pay a lot and maybe i have to sell them.

Why i need to be punished with skills raising when i'm a manager who trained his players in a multiskilled way?

One of them the worst skill is 7 in SB.

If BB's are SOOOO worried about the 400k players then change the salary formula, but don't change the training system ¡¡¡
