Yes but tieing "draft" to who has the most money, leaves the lower leagues empty handed. U been bullied by commies as a child?

You are either a communist or a Greek if you complain about the rich being rich.

As long as we have a pyramid like league structure there will be a few teams per country that make a lot of money and a great number of teams that struggle financially. Where is your rant about too expensive scouting costs for low tier teams? Training elite players is impossible for DIVIII downward - is that unfair too?

It's not impossible. Training players is your income in the lower leagues and it's certainly not impossible to train a NT player in lower leagues.
You better take up the history book again and read what communist means (hint: no different divisions allowed). We are not talking about equality in a sense of everyone must have the same options. We are trying to balance the game, so lower divisions have their niche.

My bad I forgot that you are a nit pick. You can train whatever type of player you like, but in the lower divisions once your guy reaches the 150-200k+ salary range... Bye bye NT-player...

I did not elaborate at all how the youth squad could look like, but even the idea of a major overhaul seems to make you nervous.

Btw I am not gay or female, u mad bro?

Why would you ever want to train a player into 150-200k range? That's bad management.

You are kidding right? If you really want to compete in the top level leagues you will always need a player or two with this level of salary (closer to $150,000 would be better). Obviously SFs and to a degree PFs can be made with lower salaries but a top PG, SG and especially C will need high primaries. Training a player into the $300,000 range will make him unusable by most competitive teams but $150,000 players are the bread and butter of most top teams in most top leagues.

Perhaps you consider teams like BC Kobakäpp to be badly managed?
