And unfortunately, you are 100% correct. I wish everyone was honest, but in this world, that can't happen.

changing the Cheese Tactic Let Coach Decide ( or better, make differences for Coach Levels .. at this moment we play all with Phil Jackson :-))

Actually we are playing with Mike D'Antoni, since all he cares about is offense.

Trading will never happen.

Why is salary the only variable? What about age? 24 year old vs 34 year old. Training? That 9k player could be 30k after the season ending update.

Too easy to cheat/collude with another team also.

If you remember me, then I don't care if everyone else forgets.

I agree that trading would never happen, but maybe if they imposed a limit it could work. One trade per team per season, and they all must be reviewed by GM's and approved. Or maybe there could be a new position if it would be too much for GM's to handle called Trade Reviewers or something like that. I'm not sure how people become GM's, but it would have to be the same type of process when choosing people for this position.

The only way trading could possibly work would be to have a trade go through a waiting period and allow everyone in the league to vote to veto the trade. Trades could only be made within the league you are playing. If 50% of the non-bot teams vote to veto the trade then the trade is a no-go. If a team has three vetoed trades in a season then they lose the right to make or receive offers for the rest of the season.

Wouldn't work. In plenty of low levels there are a bunch of inactive human managers who are either waiting to go bot or log in very infrequently/don't care enough to vote on trades. Also it is possible to control two teams in the same league. Also it's way too restrictive; there aren't that many players in your exact league that you want that their owner would also be willing to trade, I would guess.

I know I would love to see trades, both for the element of realism and also because I perpetually find myself short on cash but with fairly valuable players who I wouldn't mind trading. However, I just can't see anyway around the fundamental problem of dishonesty and the potential for cheating in an online multiplayer game, when we know multi-accounting is already a fairly common problem.

Just wondering, what is the process of becoming a GM? I guess you have to be active for a while and then apply or something. And yeah, I see what you mean. It's too bad that there aren't a lot of people who would want to be a GM (or Trade Reviewer, as that might be a lot of work).
