If someone intends to spend much on scouting..... Don't bother.
The draft pool may be ok on average, but theres not much high potentials around. To be precise, there is one 5/5 and two 4/4 players. No other player with 4/5 skill-balls has a potential above "All-Star". I already regret investing that many points. Luckily there are plenty left for next season (or the one after the next).

Many seasons ago my first in div 3 I sucked so I went for the draft thinking I'd get pick 1 or 2 I got a preseason cut I do better sitting and hoping somtimes a good player comes to me
