To put an end to the KDB angle, if you would message me on your offsite account or even post somewhere on there so that we know that you are who you say you are, that'd be great.

The last thing i want is someone unqualified taking over the NT, and i'm very suspect of someone who walks in after 1 season in the game and says a lot of what you have said without any sort of proof to back any of it up.

Can easily win my vote or make yourself out to be a liar.

Okay....

this has got me super curious:

What makes one qualified vs unqualified? I would like to see a job description posting along with educational and work experience requirements, as well as other things that while aren't required are preferred?

Since the issue of qualified vs unqualified was brought up... then there should be some formalized requirements otherwise, theres nothing to be unqualified for.

ADA lawyers could have their way with you in this unfair treatment otherwise

Suggestion:
Have qualifications to be a U21 mnager
or
NT manager

in the election rules so we don't have unqualified people running?

Or....
there are no qualifications other than winning the vote as the u21/nt isn't (much) different than running your own team, except you have less control over training plans and gameshape. So if you're able to converse with people, not procrastinate everything, and are competent enough to manage your own team, set lineups etc. then you meet the qualifications implied by not having posted qualifications?

lol...

how about just saying "he's had 1 season of playing this game" is not enough experience for me to vote for him.

To the both of you:

What will be your starting roster for the NT and what players will you look to for contributions and callups later in the season?

look i know youre part of the biased media, but I think we're all tired of the lack of success the NT has had. Time to shake things up. However many games I coach as NT manager when I win, that's how many wins I will have as NT Manager.

I find it funny that you say we're frustrated with the lack of success seeing as we just got silver in worlds with a team that waaay outplayed what we expected in the beginning. Isaiah has done a great job at the NT level and we need an experienced manager to take the helm of a young team. You are simply not smart for thinking you can get away with trolling your way into NT manager.

Dwight for sure has my vote, I'm not even going to consider the fact that PFG is a former NBBA and USA cup champion, he is definitely fake.

As for you Dwight, what do you plan to do with tactics? Isaiah ran some offenses not commonly seen in America's team but they seemed to work. Will you continue this? Also, it seems there is a lack of people involved in te NT. What will you do to get more people on board and helping?

Oh, and just pointing out if you've forgotten the password, you can always reset it. The link is http://s3.zetaboards.com/BuzzerBeater_USA_NT/login/lostpw/. All you need to do to confirm you are Brian is reset your password!

Not if it disproves the theory that he's Brian. Which it does.

Oh, and by the way he isn't even registered to vote anymore... is that because he broke the rules? Is he now going to say the election was rigged and he was unregistered unfairly?

His posts have already been deleted and he's been removed from the Election.

I have always been a fan of all-around players. It's what allows for flexibility when it comes to setting up lineups and tactics. I like the mix of players that have been recently used in the NT. To be honest though, I do not have any specific players in mind as I have not had the time to look into it (although for some reason I'm a big fanboy of Ismael De La Berrera and like how he's shaping up lol). I finished up my last exam though so I have much more time going forward. What I will be looking for in players is versatility. I think this is what will give us the biggest advantage.

Another thing I really appreciate in players is high stamina. I remember talking about this last debate with Isaiah and him mentioning that we just did not have the players with that high of a stamina to choose from. I hope to be able to convince managers of older players to sneak in a couple weeks worth of stamina training as long as it does not interfere with their own plans and they are willing. In fact, it should help their own team out. Players play at a higher level as their stamina levels increase and it is very noticeable in the ratings. I know this not just from theory but experience, as that was what my team was built on for its run to the NBBA.
