Perhaps this is my first speech as new national team coach.

Firstly, I would like to thank for the support and trust put in me.

Pre-season tour finished with 2 wins over Indonesia and India, however both scrimmages were used to find a proper set up. Calendar placed us in unfavourable position as we are lagging one game behind thus less opportunities to gain enthusiasm.

Our competitors in 1st round are also strong putting China as leaders in our group. It is going to be extremely tough to advance further. Also, our top player - Hajjaji - is aging and will start losing skills soon which makes us less competitive as we wish. We need to ensure that our back up is developing right way and foremost we take care of game shape.

We are small nation therefore we shall display proud from small wins. As of now our team is 1-1. I'm quite upset with a loss against Thailand, but to be frank, they looked damn strong shortly after game shape reset. Even enthusiasm difference was not reduced enough by playing normal.

Urged managers to be mindful of game shape as it is key to success for clubs and nt.

I am really content with a result of our last game. We dominated New Zealand throughout whole game in every aspect. Although it came with a cost as we did not gain any enthusiasm, there is no pressure in upcoming games.

That's a great idea! If you guys post every player here, maybe you could get better NT players.

Unfortunately, this player needs a very different training plan that the one I do at the moment. He is a brilliant player though. If somebody can train him OD, DR and then PA, JR and JS you could have a really good PG for the NT.

Maybe you can talk to the manager so he can put it cheaper in the TL

Thanks for highlighting this guy to me. Unfortunately he is lacking every skill at least 1-2 points each to be able playing in NT.

Maybe you are lacking of the skill to coach the team.

My player Kedar Al Malky (41507720) has the better DMI than all your NT-guards for weeks. He is developing fast. The U21 NT-coach had always contacted me to give some recommendations for developing this player. You are only speaking about a lack of skills. Do your job, maybe I will sell this player for more than 3 Millions. The estimated salary is about 25.000 $ only now.
