trying to reach out to a few players hopefully i can find new managers like jeorge and the other players who i befriended before so I can help mold their players. for me its more on a personal level. what i did before is you befriend the person and become good friends so it would be easier to talk to them. had success before using that technique. in fact around 5 reached PPL earlier than I did.

Am trying to get Joe "Like a Boss" Escalante (U21 player) from the TL. Also training Mises Robles with an eye for the NT :)

For me sobrang baba ang OD ni Escalante at age 21. Sa NT at most stupendous OD yan kailangan?

Agree - pero since 1st half training ko will be mostly OD baka mahabol

No harm in trying to get him up to spec. At worst I get a decent starter down the line, at best an NT candidate :)
