Thank you, thank you and again thank you. We have tried to say this a million times (I'm not the only one) and the answers are similar to what you can see above. People will accuse you of complaining too much or being negative.
I'll ask you something since you are fresh and you don't have a stake in the decisions taken by the staff
ignoring the userbase. What would you think if all players were generally cheap across the board? Would you be able to catch up sooner or you think the guys with larger bank accounts would have the same unfair advantage?
My second issue is training time limits, training seems to be very, very slow and restricted to just 1-2 positions. 1 on 1 seems to be very effective at the same time very unrealistic in building, a well rounded team long term.
You know they did say they wanted to boost training, but as of now, it sounds mostly like a justification for doing other things or botched attempts. What they did was to try and inflate the transfer market so that people who train would benefit economically. And they also added the penalty training options, because a large number of users asked repeatedly to remove the position requirement.
Some people (even GMs) came up with interesting design changes for training, but all have been ignored. This is an aspect of the game that does not require messing with the game engine, it shouldn't be hard to change. We (I) also proposed to simply add a lot more high level trainers to boost training speed, but no, even that is too much.
