Took me forever to promote out of IV. Hoping to be competitive at this level. Happy to be here!

The plan is to finally decide if I want to buy couple players and try to avoid relegation or take it easy and spent money on draft points

This season is a litmus test for the financials of third tier and if I can stay mildly competitive at my current salary. Last season was my third season where my payroll and talent put me in a position to promote, but it's been a slog to break through for a promotion. My original plan was to gut the team, finish off the stadium, and start a new set of prospects off the right way to continue trying to support the Ghanaian NT program. But hey, if you get promoted, you at least have to give it one season of effort right? Plus, a lot of these guys are fully developed on my team, and I'd be lying if there wasn't a little bit of sentimental attachment. Glad to see this is a more social league, and I look forward to seeing how we all progress!

An Utopia active division forum? I deeply regret the need to focus on rookies training and be relegated this season.

My conference is extremely competitive we are like 6 teams very alike and I was able to keep up past seasons because I was training my 20-21 years players, but I start a new cycle this year and I can't compete while maximizing training on 18y rookies.

So I made my last effort to win the TV game with lot of luck involved (sorry Streptiv) and I'm selling my older players to tank and start new cycle. I expect to be back to III after a couple of years, hopefully to a less strong division.

Best.
