We already know him. The NT managers are doing great job following every talented Cypriot player. I think that he is asking way 2 much for him.

19 years old is an important step to u 21 national team and we could see if some players are prospects for senior team too. Let's start with "dwarfs" and we finish as usual with "giants":

Guards:

1) A. Papanikos (8238648) of utah&jazzz -> Even if utah&jazzz has been relegated against Virtus Liuk, Papanikos has been incredibly the best scorer of CBBA playing more than 15 matches. I found him after ASG, great potential, best shooter, he needs OD as I said to tursun.

2) T. Kakarnakis (8238443) of Slam Dunkers -> Well... he's still second, because I found Papanikos, but he passes over Prokas. Potential MVP grants a future and GaD10 seems really a good manager, congrats!

3) N. Prokas (8238491) of T.P. Team -> From 1 to 3 with 10 pop-ups during the season! Why? he's still really good, but he doesn't pop-up, but he's got many decimals everywhere on JS-JR-OD-HA-PA and DR. He grants interesting internal skills too

4) L. Lemonitis (8238497) of Kyriakos B.C -> Two levels down by Kakarnakis on JS-JR-OD and only one by Prokas. Good work of Dr.Kyriakos

5) K. Papazisis (8238542) of BC teammate -> Ok... he's a point guard, the best point guard between 19 y.o. (future 20 y.o.) that we have, good passer, great defender... he needs shooting. Next season JS-PA could be a right tour of training

Small Forwards:

1) S. Chalampakalis (8238632) of 唔知 -> Good silent season by Chalampakalis. He's an outside Small Forward. A little bit worse outside than Papazisis, 2 levels better inside

2) K. Papazisis (8238542) of BC teammate -> He's not only a PG, but a perimetric Small Forward too. He's not so good in the paint, but for a R&G is surely good

3) L. Lemonitis (8238497) of Kyriakos B.C -> He's growth pretty well and he's an interesting Small Forward too, a little bit too weak on defenses

4) S. Avdikos (8238514) of gasmeat -> maleshka is doing always well, he's trying to erase Avdikos' weakness, but I hope he could give 2-3 levels on stamina as soon as possible to avoid immediate tiredness.

5) P. Kalifoulis (9730241) of Kyriakos B.C -> He looks really interesting! If Dr. Kyriakos next season would think to train him as "big man" or sell him to an inside players trainer we could find a charming Small Forward (he's 208cm, but is an outside SF at the moment!)

Inside Players:

1) S. Yiannakakos (8238715) of Cyprus Fighters -> Waiting for FT pop-ups (2... may be 3?) he steps over Fasoulis during the season. Pure Center, he will be usefull this season for sure a "balls eater!"

2) S. Fasoulis (8238533) of Next Generation Models -> A little bit (1 level) behind "Yianna" on the big three skills, he could be used as Power Forward too, but OD is really weak...

3) S. Karayiannidis (9136650) of Bob Marley -> He will be the best improved player of the season 11 pop-ups! I donno if TheCippis or next U21 manager would recruit him, but I will personally think about it during the season (4 levels down "Yianna")

4) S. Avdikos (8238514) of gasmeat -> SF or PF, interesting and usefull player. Same level of "Kara" on Inside Skill, definitely better as PF

5) T. Liaskos (8238417) of piratillas B.C. - for sale $$$ -> I donno why he's always on the market and jackdanielss is not interested on continue his work on him. He's similar to "Kara", but I've some perplexities about this situation of "selling"

We have some players that could be interesting for NT at the end of the season on my opinion, but we are sure that we have more interesting players that in the past! Here we go with our ranking:

Guards:

1) K. Papazisis (8238542) of BC teammate -> Really complete player that improves... Well man, he improves 7 times this season! It's a really interesting player that could play SF too.

2) T. Kakarnakis (8238443) of Slam Dunkers -> Marvellous shooter, he has to skill up some levels of PA, but raising JS and OD by this way I think that he could be an important player for the future of Cyprus thanks to GaD10.

3) A. Papanikos (8238648) of $$$ on the market $$$ -> He raises 3 level on OD and now we could see a great player. I personally hope to buy him, but I think I can't, because I don't have enough money.

4) N. Prokas (8238491) of T.P. Team -> He's not the copy of Papazisis, but mainly they are similar. He's behind Papazisis by 4 PA level. I hope that he could raise easily during the rest of the season.

5) N. Gkavoyiannos (8238456) of Los Antjeles -> He needs JS-JR, but we are speaking about a great player right now. I think that next season he will be a column of next u21 team.

Small Forwards:

1) S. Chalampakalis (8238632) of 唔知 -> Perimetrical Small Forward, defender more than shooter, but I hope that he will raise his shooting skills thanks to the THOMAS' work!

2) S. Avdikos (8238514) of Bonomos -> I personally thanks maleshka. He has got a mediocre player and he raise up a big Forward (Small or Power will be up to his new french owner).

3) P. Kalifoulis (9730241) of Kyriakos B.C -> Interesting shooting level... I hope he will raise again, than... defense!!! A lot of defense, than I hope that next season, Kyriakos would return on training Guards or Guards and Small Forward, because of Lemonitis and Plexidas that were really good.

4) N. Rovolas (8238671) of Chicago Rural -> He's a guard, but he could play sometimes as SF too.

5) Y. Tsouknidas (8238637) of WBGL -> Complete Small Forward that... doesn't have any particular skills that allow me to think about him in the next future on NT.

Inside Players:

1) S. Yiannakakos (8238715) of Cyprus Fighters -> Best shooter and rebounder, when he has the ball, he has to shot! Thanks to JohnnyB he could still raise pop by pop!

2) S. Fasoulis (8238533) of Next Generation Models -> Best defender, good center for Run and Gun, he could suffer as PF because of a poor OD, at the moment.

3) S. Karayiannidis (9136650) of Bob Marley -> One season and half and he regain a great position between our centers! He's mono-trained...

4) C. Fintanis (9049837) of Chocolate Blanco Williams -> Great rebounder, well trained and a solid user. Good secondary skills for him too!

5) T. Liaskos (8238417) of piratillas B.C. -> No updates? Ok, but he's still good... I hope that he has been trained during the last 5 weeks.

2) S. Avdikos (8238514) of Bonomos -> I personally thanks maleshka. He has got a mediocre player and he raise up a big Forward (Small or Power will be up to his new french owner).

Great cooperation and good advice by you and TheCippis allowed me that. Now I'm going to train guards, and if a good 18y.o. Cypriot will be on market this or next season, please BB-mail me. I want to continue my work with you!

We are the ones who wanna play, always wanna go but we never wanna stay

I hope that by the end of the season, Kerkidis will be on that list too. He is 1 year behind of development couz he was drafted when he was 19, but Gagalatos was 19 too, and look at him now...Anyway i have tough decisions to take soon about his future. Him or Karalikos must be sold. If i see it as a pure manager then is Karalikos (old, short not great potential), but he is my MVP, and HOF of the team...

We both hope to be qualified for the next round on our competition, so we will release only a few player this season, may be next.

I think you have the best prospect of season 10, so... keep training him, I perfect understand your aim!

I think he could, Liaskos and Fintanis are not so far by him. Fintanis is well trained.. Liaskos, I don't know, but I think that potential will be important for next seasons!

End season 10: we are approaching to play offs, so good luck everybody involved. You will probably see these players on U21 now and next season and some of them will be of NT interest:

Guards:

1) T. Kakarnakis (8238443) of Slam Dunkers -> Best shooter in Cyprus betwenn <21 years old. GaD10 could now focus on JR and OD and at least 2 PA levels

2) K. Papazisis (8238542) of BC teammate -> Our point guard is not so bad... really now he can shoot, pass and dribble. Some training session on 1on1 this season could be interesting for him. Some levels on JS, OD and PA again and the player could be ready for NT!

3) A. Papanikos (8238648) of Felix-Elite -> Great shooter, best rapport between JS-JR, he should increase his OD, but as Papazisis and Kakarnakis he could aspire to NT in the future. DarkRaziel looks like a good user... I hope he will be careful about this player!

4) N. Gkavoyiannos (8238456) of Los Antjeles -> PG-SG or SF, don't worry... he can play! JS and JR again... push it, push it! Best defender between guards, he could pass and dribble as well! We could work on IS after his JS-JR level

5) N. Prokas (8238491) of T.P. Team -> Well balanced player, he could play as SF too in extreme situation. He good but curbed by two injuries during this season.

Small Forwards:

1) S. Chalampakalis (8238632) of 唔知 -> This perimetrical Small Forward is really good! This season he has improved his shot! I hope he will continue... may be a level on IS (or two, why not!) training JS for Forwards could be a right decision for him!

2) S. Avdikos (8238514) of Bonomos -> The new french owner trains him as PF... it seems... I hope on some more IS and JS... and I wanna dream with 2 levels of OD... Yes, I'm dreaming... Mak... wake up!!! :-)

3) Y. Tsouknidas (8238637) of WBGL -> He's an inside defender... he could be interesting if he pops on OD and both shot (JS-IS) at least one (may be twice!!!)

4) N. Rovolas (8238671) of Chicago Rural -> He's for sure a Guard, a point guard at the moment for our NT, but he could play as well as perimetrical SF if we are in trouble (I insert him in the ranking, but Papazisis, Gkavoyiannis could play SF too)

5) P. Kalifoulis (9730241) of Kyriakos B.C -> Lemonitis and Plexidas were two talents at the same level of Kalifoulis for NT, Dr. Kyriakos told me that he will be focused on big men this season, but Kalifoulis wasn't trained (only 1 pop in a season....). Now he has 3 normal player, good, but not for NT... I haven't understand this decision, but it's his team.

Inside Players:

1) S. Yiannakakos (8238715) of Cyprus Fighters -> He should kick the ass of some big men next season. He looks he won't stop to pop! FT this season will be good for him (at least 1 pop), 1 pop for any internal skill, if it's possible and some (1 or 2 weeks) 1on1 and JS for forwards in the next season

2) S. Fasoulis (8238533) of Next Generation Models -> This guy is a paint defender, but I hope that he will be able to shot better during this season (JS too... as PF could be important!) and he should grab some rebounds.

3) S. Karayiannidis (9136650) of Bob Marley -> I think he will reach 10 pops this season again within end season (2 more training weeks) and he's always closer to best player. Good addition for NT next season as C or PF (sometimes)

4) T. Liaskos (8238417) of piratillas B.C. -> No updates... but we check it and he's improved. Quite balanced, he needs more ID to play some games I think, because he's a little bit weak.

5) C. Fintanis (9049837) of Chocolate Blanco Williams -> 2 levels down in order to reach Liaskos, but he has better secondary skills.
