I will train this 4/5 weeks ID, Reb and IS, because the sub-level of this skills is high, because I did training sessions that trains a little this 3 skills, I will train IS and ID P position, and rebound P/PF and will pop to strong in the 3 secundaries. I will train pressure and passing then

he is not that good..
the season almost over and he has just strong on od..
pg need good handling
his seconderies are good but he is too short to be train in inside skills.. it's a waste of time to train him in inside skills..
i suggest to train od until porific and then passing

Dont waste time training IS, train 1vs1 in SF-PF or JS in SF-PF and you will train IS as a secundary skill on the training, but training only IS is a waste of time for your player...

he looks good, even though passing is pretty fugly.
Most managers wouldn't train shot blocking all that much, i think you should start to focus on rebounding + IS, then nbext season alternate rebounding- ID - IS

im trying to make an inside defensive monster so instead of working on his IS im gonna try to get his SB and ID as high as his potential will allow while keeping RB resonable

He needs about 4 weeks of OD in a row...OD trains ID so why would you train ID on a PG? I also think you need about 4 weeks of Driving to get that handling off awful...
