no luxury tax because teams that are able to finance 1.8 Mio. Sallaries a week, won't be stopped by a luxury tax!

a hard cap would be ideal! For example: Let's take 1 Mio. as a Hard Cap. Your Total Sallary is 950k, so if you want to buy a guy with a 60k-sallary, BuzzerBeater gives you an advice in red script, that you can't buy this player because you would be over the Sallary Cap with him. Sounds complex, but I think it would be very effective and B3 and other leagues would be more exciting than ever before.

regards

What about training, then? The system should have a "dynamic" salary for each player.
At every new season salaries for your trainees go up... what will the system do?

Anyway I'm all for the cap too, but not a cap on the roster. I would put a cap about players in the game. You can set a lineup with a total salary up to - say - 1M. If you want a 2M roster, that's your business, if you're happy, everybody is!

Maybe put a 1M cap for the team highest 10 salaries, so the cap woudn't mess with trainees that much.

But it's not that good, teams that tank now just would still buy the best players and the other people would still need to make them while playing against strong competition.

it's really hard to make the B3 a tournment about better management, for me being the winner of a big country with good competition tells a lot more then B3.

the problem with a cap is that where do you put the line for the cap.

If you put it too low, you take away the advantage of managers that are able to use the financial side of the game at its best.

If you put it too hi, you are giving advantage to saving managers.

i think that i know tactics enough ! first i wanted to use of LI ! when your PG injuried i change the tactic to PTB :) my power at out side and inside attacks is same :) in Knockout, i didnt need to use a tactic except PTB and i could win all games with this tactic , then i use of it and reach to final :) the goal of using tactics is win the game ! i think i'm success becuase i win all of my games :D

If it is like that than I have to apologize for tactic criticism.
But still players choice criticism keeps. I think there have been much better players on market if your funds are "unlimited". I have seen many better bigmen than Kavousi, Tapia, Delgadilo, also Saint, Medrano had some unacceptable weaknesses for me. Some of yours players have often foul troubles, some of them even very often ... If I had unlimited funds probably Kienbink is the only player I would have been thinking as suitable player for my dream team.

any one has a special idea about his dream team ! this team is not my dream team because my PG and SG are not that i love :D but kavousi and tapia had good work in my team and they are so good in my opinion :)

another factor in my opinion was that i create a good team with least cost :) and i do it :) for example i bought my PG with 3M$ and sharman bought with 5 mil because his PG has some inside skills but his out side skills are less than my PG !

Guard are quite good (expect for Saint tendency for fouls), but bigmen are really not what I like and Kavousi almost lost you semifinal.
