Well, his skills are not kept secret, so here they are:

Jump Shot: strong Jump Range: prominent ↑
Outside Def.: marvelous Handling: sensational ↑
Driving: sensational Passing: proficient
Inside Shot: pitiful Inside Def.: inept
Rebounding: inept Shot Blocking: pitiful
Stamina: awful Free Throw: awful

Experience: pitiful

And here are training reports:

3/25/2011 Outside Shooting for SG
Mathieu Cadic ↑popped↑ in Jump Range from proficient to prominent .
Mathieu Cadic ↑popped↑ in Handling from prolific to sensational .
3/19/2011 Outside Shooting for SG
Mathieu Cadic ↑popped↑ in Jump Range from strong to proficient .
3/11/2011 Outside Shooting for SG
Mathieu Cadic ↑popped↑ in Jump Range from respectable to strong .

These are the only 3 weeks of my Outside Shooting training... And I wasn't expecting him to progress with this speed... I mean, only 3 weeks ago he was respectable in JR, now he's already prominent...

And since he's 21, I think we can surely assume that 18 YO trainees train JR faster than 1,5 weeks with trainer 5...

Or this is some kind of bug :) I surely won't report it :)

It depends on height. Ball handling for PG is very height sensitive. So maybe for really small player could be ball handling more effective, but in general I recommend one on one for PG/SG. I also like this training for very fast improving of JS.

Will 6'8" height make training outside skills difficult?

According to the Parrot, compared to a 6'0 player, your 6'8 trainee will train JS at the same speed, but JR, OD and HA will only train at 66.7% of the speed, while DR and PA will still train at 83.3% of the speed.

At the same time, your 6'8 trainee will train 79.5% faster (or at 179.5% of the speed) than a 6'0 player for IS, ID, RB and SB (but only at 72.9% of the speed of a 7'4 player).

I can tell you one thing - I've been training 6'9 guy in OD from 19 years old to 21 years old and i got OD pops every two weeks. On side note i trained JR and it took 3 weeks to pop...

last season my 6'1" 21yo player took 3 weeks to pop in JR. never had a problem with OD, always two weeks and a pop.

Thanks :) I was wondering if my 18years old 6'8'' Small Forward will improve his skills a lot. He has pitful handling for example.

Reading all those posts about JR training speed, I wonder how fast my trainee will have skill-ups because of elastic effect (I'd be amazed by 3 skillups in 3 weeks!):
