He looks like a pretty good player for you, other than the fact that he can't shoot. Due to his age and current abilities, I don't like him as a trainee, but he can be a decent role player to have on the team.
If he was on my team, I would try to sell him for something near the higher end of his TPE, and if he sells then great. If he doesn't sell I'd keep him in my rotation, preferably as a non-trainee (although he could be a trainee depending on the rest of the roster).
