he gets training if he has played in the positions trained, even very little. so he will get training but not 100%.

No, it's not known and the guesses vary considerably so it's pretty much pointless to list them. The only thing everyone agrees on is that the loss is significant, so it's a good idea to aim for 48 minutes every week.
