There was a point about doctors with a massage specialty...

Honestly, I'm guessing their player/staff images only include male faces at the moment. And to be honest, I don't think adding female faces would add a lot to the game (in terms of tactics or strategy).

You can always imagine that they are females... slightly macho females... with some supplementary appendixes...
And to be honest, I don't think adding female faces would add a lot to the game (in terms of tactics or strategy)
I think this suggestion was intended for the imagination/gaming experience rather than performance. Not sure though.
