I use Maxthon browser.
same here.
rules are hidden at the right end of the page by the linkboxes.
and the link to all goodies in one page does not work.

I have tested this issue with following configurations:
- Safari in Mac OS X --> no problem here
- IE in Windows XP --> problem exists
- English (US) and Suomi --> no language dependency (i.e., not caused by LA errors)
