What does "no effect" mean? When did you get this player, how long have you been training him, when was the last pop?

Outside Defense training is slow. At 1 position, it might take up to 3 weeks for this player.

He's gone up sublevels. Train him one more week, and he'll pop in OD. If not, sell the guy and get some money for him.

I am sure the training has SOME effect but I dont understand why exactly this player seems to be so hard to train. The 18 year old catch up really fast so I might go for the money as this guy really frustrates me.

i also have that same problem with one of my players.i had him trained for JR for 3weeks and no pop ups.even in other skills he is really that hard to train.i am already thinking of selling him.

JR only on SG? How old was your player? How tall?

he's just 6'4"and his 21yo.i expected him to pop twice because his JR is very low as of the moment.his partner on training popped once on JR and JS during that 3weeks training.i dont believe that its age because another player of mine who's 24 yo popped on JR early this season.hope you can enlighten me on this... :)
