Why not try mixing up where you play them? I had a similar problem with my SG where he wasn't taking shots at the start of last season...he had similar ball skills and better shooting than my PGs so I switched to playing him PG and his numbers improved. I almost think he preferred starting with the ball in his hands!

Just guessing, but maybe your SF has a high driving skill? That might lead him to take more shots.
I also see that his opposing SF got a very low mark. Maybe he played a bad defense and left many inviting open shots to your player.
Additionally, your SF played the entire game, so he was probably tired in the late minutes, depending also on his stamina. You could check to see what was his shooting % at the start of the game. 10-29 might not be a bad %, if he missed 10 straight shots in the final quarter. :)

The oppnent PG and SF is bad
even if all 3 of ur outside skills are the same,
ur PG and SF wiill take the shoot first if they are open(free) enough
and ur SG seems to helping them with 7 assist
