My objective opinion is that we have a lot of things to do, but we need to start from somewhere.
First of all, two steps for begining:
1st Give the opportunity to young players with great potential to be trained
2nd Continuously monitor their development in consultation with their managers
This would create a group of young players who will (with high quality and regular training) for a couple of years done excellent senior team, competing any other team.
I think this is a great opportunity for the development of the team and players in the club itself.
