What's the reason why he can't login? Did he get an error message? Did he lose his password?

"Your team is not created" when he took a new password shows this message "invalid username"

Sorry, can you clarify this?

Are you saying that when he tries to log in with his username and password, it says "your team is not created" by the box at the top? Is this the standard text when you use the wrong username or password in bulgarian?

Are you saying that it shows the "invalid username" error on the reset password page?

Please have him try logging in one more time now to see if it works.

Still not working. It shows "Your team has not been created yet" when he click Change password - show "Invalid Username"

Hello everyone I'm here because I have a problem with my team (48910) since last week I try to connect and tells me there are errors in your password or login but i put the right ones and I received no email from buzzerbeater to change its password or Ban Can you help please... just the other night I had sold my playmaker for 800,000 so thanks for help me

Some Brazilian users are saying that they cant login at BuzzerBeater. They dont get any error they just get the buzzerbeater main page as they didn0t make the login.

They tried to clear cache and cookies on IE and Chrome ans still nothing. The site is giving them as online but they can see the site as being online.

Yes, that happened to me and several other Brazilian users. And I still can't login in the game for Google Chrome or IE8. I just got into the game when I upgraded my Firefox to version 3.6

PS: We don't get any error message, only appears again the main page to log.
