A tip for training, do 1 of these 2 things:

1. Use three or six players (for 2 position training) and have them listed as starter/backup/reserve for the position you're training. That likely gets you 48 minutes for that game for that player for that position.

or

2. Game 1 - Player A starts, Player B backsup, Game 2 - Player B starts, Player C backsup, Game 3 - Player C starts, Player A backsup. This will get you close to 48 minutes a game for your players.

But since you're in division V and there will be a lot of blow outs, you should use training system 1.

Sorry, I didn't see anyone else on your team worth training. If you plan to single position train this player, then go on the transfer list and buy 2 other players. Seriously, from my experience, you should search for only 18 year olds and players taller than 7'0". The taller players train faster for inside skills. In fact, try to get two 18 year olds who are 7'5". That would be great. Get at least starter potential. That will set you up with 2 great big men after the end of next season.

You should do this right away. Decide if you want to train big men or guards. If big men then get a couple of 7'5" 18 year olds even if they have low potential like 6th Man. But probably no lower. They shouldn't be very expensive. If you're going to train guards, get a couple of 18 year olds who are no taller than 6'2" (the shorter the better) and train them.
Potential is not very important right now, just don't waste your training minutes on older players or bad players. Oh, and for these 18 year olds, you should make sure that they have at least a starting salary of $3,500 or so. Obviously the higher the better, but they tend to get very expensive. If you can't find 18 year olds, 19 year olds are ok substitutes for now.

Understand. I looked at your arena prices and saw that you were going to adjust them downwards. If you keep winning your games, change them to $10 for bleachers, $37 for lower tier, $110 for courtside and $1000 for luxury boxes. That should help you maximize your arena revenue and give you some room to build out more seats. Also, for Div V, you should only use a basic doctor and a basic PR manager. Try to get specialities though. And make sure you have at least an advanced trainer.

Well I don't know what level your staff are, but if you're going to fire staff, you're always better off firing them on Sunday and replacing them on Monday so you won't have to pay your new staff until the following week.
