I think we should be able to get player reports once in a while (costs 25k?) where the trainer tells you more or less exactly what the situation for the player is...

"Player X has still much potential to improve"
"Player X should be able to improve in some skills"
"Player X can't be developed further"

This can't be a supporter feature as this would provide an advantage to supporters.

This would be a good feature to have if it was available to everybody. However, I think the cost should be 250k, not 25k.

I think it should be free. There are really lot of managers which doesnt know anything about anything. These short tips could be usefull for everybody, while indeed, some knowledges and deduce will provide you even better.

But the report like that should be limited differently than by the money. I think that if you could specify this kind of request every week (otherwise it will be on random player), it can be good enough.

This could be not only about training. Imagine that you have a player 29 years old. Such a report could tell you that he looks like he will fall down on some skills after few seasons. Or perhaps tell you that he isnt 100 percently settled at SG postition and you should reconsider some tactical decisions.

I dont know, possibilities are endless.

The cap is a soft cap, so technically you just keep training with diminished returns, right?

Check out the Ismael Grubbs guy...totally over-trained past his soft cap. I guess the owner didn't understand that player skills were capped. :-)

There are various types of people out there in various situations. I dont find as suprise that someone just want to play a game and pretty much doesnt want to talk about it, because most of the time it is about killing a lot of time, decryption of thoughts of other people and so on. I was in a similar situation, because once I played hattrick, I didnt know for a year about that there is any forum and in fact found it kind of weird that people share theirs emotions by this way.

One way or another, I think this site is about game in a first place, not about forum with a game.

How do you think to play well the game,if you don't try to know something about it?
And if you don't want to play well the game, why do you want to play?

i don't know it, and it don't make any sense to my especially because my allstar* player cap at allstar level and that the most allstars ain't above allstar level when introduce and if yes just slightly above.

I suppose that lot of people just rely on theirs instinct. You have some informations you can relly on, do some things and they work or dont work. If there isnt much information available, is easy to try think about some different combinations and try these.

Thats why is better to get usefull information once upon a time and try to think about them separately, therefore into deep. This is more fun than get every knowledge in one week, but in fact dont try anything by yourself, because you have a lot of points at once which you have to trust and while it hurts a brain, it takes a time before youll get what is right and whats wrong. Thats why I think lot of people just play a game and possibly rely on that they will figure it out by themselves. It is just more fun.
