thanks for the replies. you are both right, i'm not likely to waste spending time on IS, but i am just curious if anyone had experience in training a 5'10 player in IS and what rate he trained at. i'd imagine it would be very slow.

Very slow. With a 5'10 trainee you should not make him into a SF. make him into an amazing gaurd.

maybe you could give 1 vs 1 train for forwards a try, at least my 1.83 guys get some fast pops there and if not you still trained something useful for him ;)
